Odds and Ends Jobs from Jo's Country Junction

Over the weekend I did a few odds and ends jobs.  Nothing huge but I’m trying to keep up and not let things lag to far behind.

I grabbed another previous stitched piece and I framed it in a thrift store frame.  This one was $1.

Garden Tour from Jo's Country Junction

It’s been so terribly dry here.  I typically don’t water the garden.  I never water the grass…I typically only water the flowers.

Well…in comes the weather of 2021 and I’m breaking my norms.  I’m watering the garden and even watering the grass.  Previously I only watered the flowers every other day but as of late, I’ve had to water every day.  It’s been so hot and add a little breeze to that, and I need to water more often.  Part of the reason is I have more potted plants.  Part of the ...

My Weekend from Jo's Country Junction

I had a very nice weekend.  I went to the Tribute show for The Carpenters that I told you about in the morning post.  Then Saturday I went to the Farmer’s Market.

I have a couple of goals for the summer.  One…I’m hoping to eat more fruits and veggies…really more veggies, garden, and be outside LOTS, and I’m hoping to take in and appreciate lots of little things.  Going to the Farmer’s Market is the perfect way to do all of that.
